I have no idea what takes them soooooooo long at the window. I?m guessing we are waiting on a fresh batch of fries to come up. ... And did I mention the personalities are like dry ice. No smile. Ice cream was decent. Took my four year old after school and she ordered a Dino sundae which was supposed to have a Dino cookie... in it but we were given a sugar cookie with no choice. The guy serving us could barely speak English and touched the part of thespoon with his bare hands that goes in my ice cream. The overall health rating is an 86. I'm not sure if the employees need more training or if they just don't care. We ordered two pints. The young lady taking the... drive thru orders would scoop parts of our orders, stop and take more orders, then scoop some more, then stop and take moreorders. We already had a feeling our ice cream would be soft because of how long it was taking (literally over 10 minutes). Wealso watched as she wiped her hands on her pants periodically rather than wiping them on a towel or paper towel. We were stayingonly 3 miles away; when we got back, the ice cream was already melting and extremely mushy. There was also melted ice creamrunning down the sides of the container. If ever in the area again, we'd visit the location on Chantilly rather than this one.Definitely better service. Read more

If you like ice cream soup then this is the spot for you. It WAY overpriced, you can get better quality of Ice cream at Cook Out... for half the price. Almost never regret anything but the moment I pulled off I instantly regretted that decision. Read more
