Not one for Burger King, but it was right next door door to my hotel and I was craving a late night snack. All signs and Google... stated they?re open until Midnight on a Friday night. All signs were lit, drive-thru signs on. Had to approach the window whereI saw two employees standing around on their phones inside. Knocked on the window startling both of them. The female stated theywere closed. I asked what time they were suppose to close, she had to think about it then said 11:00. I?m reasonably confidentthe owner has no idea their employees are shutting down, turning away business and waiting for the clock to run out whileplaying on their phones. You need to find new help. They have a super nice clean play area but even when there is virtually no one in the restaurant you can wait up to 15 minutes... to order and 15 to get your food. They move like no one is hungry and no one has anywhere else to be. They took 4 minutes tochange 1 roll or register tape. Read more
Don't get me wrong they Gave great customer service to others upon walking in (which we didn't received) But we did get the... awesome customer service while getting the food (I'm big on customer service????)...Anyway, I asked for hot and fresh mealrequest (beside the drinks) and everything was NOT Luke warm! Service is horrible the lady dose not know waht Mayo is]] is and dose not know how big there Burger is. Been visiting this location a few years. Usually a helpful albeit mildly apathetic gang of employees, so typical fast food. Food... is usually good at this location with very few incorrect orders. They have good breakfast and burgers. Flame broiled is the way.The play place is a favorite of my daughter and is better than many of the local play places. Read more
Ordered online, picked up from drive thru. Every single sandwich was not made as ordered and it was even on the receipt what we... had requested. Guess they cannot read??? My husband also requested some mayo packets while in drive thru, however those were notin the bag either. Worst Burger King experience ever. Read more
