I've ordered 3 double cheeseburgers with no bun and heavy mustard for the last 5 years at multiple Burger Kings. When I ordered... the same thing here, the lady said they can't put mustard on them without the bun. I asked why and she just told me thank youpull forward. I tried negotiating at the window and with the worst attitude she finally said they can't because of presentation.So I asked for a bunch of mustard packs. She said they can give me 3. I said that won't be enough and she closed the window onme. Management, please fix this. Read more
Sometimes they don't open the store on time, their employees are late. When you order something they cut you off and tell you... your total and to go to the window before you even have a chance to tell them you want to order other things. They hand you yourfood and close the window immediately before you can even say you want ketchup. They don't ask you if you would ketchup oranything, customer service is lacking. Read more
I should've checked the bag before we left but not only did they get our orders wrong, 2 Bacon Kings plane (No ketchup or mayo),... but we didn't have a receipt in the bag either. Best place to get fast food in the Montgomery area. Always kind, patient, and my order is always correct! Not to mention, when... I order multiple meals for a group of people, it's never a bother to them. They even redid five meals when I had to respond toan emergency call and come back for our food. Absolutely great staff! I really don't like the attitudes of the women working the drive thru in the morning. They seem as if they hate their jobs.... Never want you to complete your order before they tell you to pull forward. When I get my bag I have to sit at the window tomake sure I have everything. Not a good experience at all. Read more
