Went through the drive thru this morning. Trash all over the lot as usual but the dead turtle next to the building about 100... feet from the window was too much. Looked like it was maliciously killed, not ran over. Yes it was a dead turtle. Doesn't anyonewalk around the lot? The girl in the drive through window had to have seen it. Very sad and disgusting. Very unprofessional. I went to go get food for me and my kids, I waited 15 to 20 minutes just for my order to be incorrect and... cold. The night manager refuse to remake my order and when I complained to the 2nd window cashier she called her family as ifthey was going to hurt me. I recommend that no one. Can I give it 0stars? I should have known when we pulled into the parking lot and there were no customers. We were hoping to... grab a bite and get back on the road quickly. Couldn?t get inside because a homeless person was passed out in front of the door.We went through the drive through. Slow to take our order and pushy-rude. Pulled up to pay and after paying the girl asked menot to pull forward yet. ??? 10 minutes later we pulled forward, grabbed our food. When we got on the interstate and checked ourorder we were shorted a sandwich. The 3 we did get were cold and dry. Forgot to hold the pickles. Read more
This particular day I got a buy 1 get another for a $1 which was a chicken sandwich and a whopper with 2 small fries. The lady... had to ask me twice what I ordered & I was never given a receipt . The employees are very rude and they were giggling the wholetime . I noticed my food wasn't what I wanted so I returned back to the place . They told me the food was already eatenit's nothing we can do ! I asked for the manager she had a smart mouth also her name is Kim. I asked for corporate and I'mgoing to let them deal with the situation. They basically scammed me out of $11 because I was never given a receipt.
