I highly recommend an overhaul of the staff, customer service is terrible. There?s an elderly woman who closed the order window... on me and my 3 kids cursing me out and telling me to go learn the culture. This is my first month in America and I didn?t knowthat Burger King doesn?t sell chicken wings. My crime was asking if they had wings. I believe a little courtesy would have gonea long way rather than treat us like beggars and shut the window on us in that manner. They have zero communication skills overthere and probably didn?t get training on how to treat their customers, or maybe they do not need international customers.Whatever it is, they were just terrible, my kids were hungry and we couldn?t get food because they wouldn?t sell to us even whenI corrected myself and wanted to order whatever they had. Rude workers who cannot complete their job. Frequent cursing. Bread stale. It?s sad these people are working with public and add... bad service to Montgomery and their co-workers. I stopped in the lobby and Kim the person in charge told me she can?t do theorder at counter, has to be drive thru. I told her I can?t go through drive through and she said she can?t help. Couldn?t figureout just to swipe payment at drive thru terminal. I place a mobile order and ask if I can get 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings and shesays no, that?s no possible. Completely stupid. I?m just being polite and smiling the whole time. Her and cook are yelling ateach other, using God D***it and cursing.
