I highly recommend an overhaul of the staff, customer service is terrible. There?s an elderly woman who closed the order window... on me and my 3 kids cursing me out and telling me to go learn the culture. This is my first month in America and I didn?t knowthat Burger King doesn?t sell chicken wings. My crime was asking if they had wings. I believe a little courtesy would have gonea long way rather than treat us like beggars and shut the window on us in that manner. They have zero communication skills overthere and probably didn?t get training on how to treat their customers, or maybe they do not need international customers.Whatever it is, they were just terrible, my kids were hungry and we couldn?t get food because they wouldn?t sell to us even whenI corrected myself and wanted to order whatever they had. Rude workers who cannot complete their job. Frequent cursing. Bread stale. It?s sad these people are working with public and add... bad service to Montgomery and their co-workers. I stopped in the lobby and Kim the person in charge told me she can?t do theorder at counter, has to be drive thru. I told her I can?t go through drive through and she said she can?t help. Couldn?t figureout just to swipe payment at drive thru terminal. I place a mobile order and ask if I can get 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings and shesays no, that?s no possible. Completely stupid. I?m just being polite and smiling the whole time. Her and cook are yelling ateach other, using God D***it and cursing. First time I received rock hard hash brown with my combo order. I received a call from store manager with a promise to replace... entire order. Today encountered rude cashier didn't say good morning just say drive thru without ask can she help me. I had tosay several times to her to say good morning to a customer. I then told her the story. I may got the manager name incorrect. Butshe didn't question me still. I eat hash browns no salt and didn't received the replacement meal. I'll never go back to thisestablishment. Re train your staff on customer etiquette. A customer needs to be welcome to establishment. We all have baddays. But professionalism will always keep story's like this one from turning up on a review. Read more

I don't think I'd eat here again. The bathrooms were horrendous and no one cared. The store was full of female cooks that... spoke very nicely. Being female and working in a nasty work area says a lot. No initiative! My mom always stated that if thehouse isn't clean, then nothing else is. I want to give NO STARS they open at 6AM but nobody answers the intercom. I call the restaurant and the person who answers tells... me they are closed and I say but the sign says open at 6 and the person proceeds to hang up as if I was not talking.
