I was very, very dissatisfied with my Impossible Whopper and could not eat any of it! It had mustard put on it! I cannot eat... that on my burger. I had been told that Whoppers don't have mustard put on them. It wasn't until I left that I noticed that Ididn't see a receipt either. I tried calling but no one would answer. I would like to have spoken to the manager before posting,but I couldn't because no one answered the phone. Read more
You?d really think that the person wouldn?t put this on a burger. Luckily I saw it before I bit into it. While I know Fast Food... is hard work, there was no one in the store and I was the only one in the drive through. This is just not paying attention towhat you?re doing. Try to do better. Read more
Really deserves ZERO STARS. Worst location in Montgomery always has something going on. Pulled up to the drive thru and waited... 10 minutes and nobody answered. Pulled up to the window and the girl had blonde or whatever color hair and was very rude. Shesaid she not taking no orders at the window and go back around but there was zero card in the drive thru and i had already beenwaiting to order. Before I write a review I try to visit a restaurant a couple times, with the understanding that sometimes the staff had a bad... day. That being said, Upon my visit tonight I have solidified my opinion, and it's not positive. Tonight I placed an onlineorder, which cuts out confusion and ensures the meal is accurate. However upon opening my meal I discovered the chicken nuggetswere dried out(old) and burned. The patty on my burger was likewise chewy and crunchy. They had also left out the large fried Ihad ordered. Their soda machine in the lobby has been "broken" for 2 months now, and their drive through soda fountain has "nopower". While dining in the lobby, at 5:00PM I saw several patrons being told the lie that Burger King's Lobby was closed forthe night, It does not close until 11PM. I went to the counter to see about getting the large fries I ordered, and wasimmediately met by being challenged. My order was online, and I was not given a physical reciept, they opted to give me a smallfry instead of the large I ordered. So with this, I highly suggest avoiding the Burger King on Carter Hill Road. You'll findbetter, fresher food at the gas station next door. I've been to a lot of places, and this Burger King is by far the worst fastfood restaurant in Montgomery.
