QUAY WAS AMAZING!!!! Best customer service that we have ever experienced at a Burger King and we have traveled extensively.
I was really fond of this place because the staff has always been so nice. But apparently something has changed where the staff... can't even sell what they have advertised. I didn't even ask for it my way, I asked for it their way. They offer a 2 for $4mix and match breakfast sandwich deal and in the picture on the menu board there is a picture of a biscuit and a croissant. Iused to get, and have gotten before many times just that, a biscuit and a croissant. No more. They can't ring it up to sell mewhat they used to sell me and still advertise as available. Only one in the drive thru with an mobile order and it took over ten minutes to get my food!! And why do they make you wait at... the first window? They take your money there and give you your food there!! This is the slowest BK I've ever been to! Read more
If I Could Do A Negative 10 I Would. I Went Through Drive Though( Of Course Sat Forever ) Ordered my Food. Asked For A Bacon... King No Mayo Add Pickles & Musturd .... And Got A Spicy Ch'King .... Asked At Window If Everything On Bacon King Was Added (That I Asked And PAID For ) It Was Missing Pickles... So I Went In Hot It Fixed Thought Nothing Of The Spicy Chicken BeingMessed Up ( As I Didnt Want To Add Or Take AnythingThat Came It Off .) .... Got Home .. Went To Eat My Spicy Sandwich And THEREWAS NOTHING BUT BREAD AND CHICKEN PATTY.. ( It Comes With Mayo And Pickles .... And F*cking Chicken Patty And Bread Was All IGot !!!! smh! Read more
Waited for over 30 minutes to get cold fries. Fries were remade, only for the mozzarella sticks nuggets and burger to be the... same. Wish there were a negative star rating. Utterly ridiculous and unheard of! Read more
When we were there, a girl came in and she was upset about fries, but one of the girls (a manager possibly) behind the counter... stayed calm even though a customer was being very rude to her and verbally inciting an argument. I wish I could have gotten theworkers name to tell her and everyone that she is an amazing person! And the food was great! I hope she reads this, I am thegirl with the dad who gave you a fist bump. I hope you can go home with your wonderful children, you will be something i look upto every morning. In my opinion I think that the worker behind the counter should have a raise, not just for her but also herfamily. Thank you for being an inspiration ?? Read more
