Close my wife and I have enjoyed coming to your restaurant on Sunday evenings after church. However there has now been several... times that the dining room has been closed when we get there around 7:15. Anyway there's no way to know this ahead of time andwe don't like to take fish home to go. I would think if your dining room is going to be open, then it needs to be open. Read more
Avoid this place like the plague. It is the most incompetently run fast food place I?ve ever seen and that?s saying a lot for... fast food. I?m pretty sure the cashier at the front counter that gives 0 fks can even read. I ordered food for 3 people and shemanaged to screw up every meal. This after I repeated the order at least 5 times. Very expensive at $12.19 for a 4pc fish meal when they no longer even give whole filets of fish, but fish strips instead. I... could have eaten at Red Lobster for about the same and received a complete dine in experience including delicious cheddar baybiscuits. Come on...???? Read more
From the time of ordering to the time of receiving my food was a total of (2) two minutes. So of course I checked my food and it... was COLD!! Not even luke warm. Ask for corporate number and was told the GM was in the back yet he never came to the window.I'll give another try in a few months. Read more
I do like their fish which I don't eat very often. This was another run for my wife. I'm not a fan of drive-thru though. The... Montgomery area seems to have horrible drive-thru service for some reason(my opinion). Other than that no problem. Read more
Poor service and nasty food. When I arrived home after picking up my online order, I discovered that the restaurant did not... fulfill my order correctly. I ordered a Supreme Sampler meal and a Fish and Shrimp combo. The combo only had 3 shrimp and mybaked potato was lukewarm. The Supreme Sampler meal only had two pieces of fish. Both the shrimp and chicken were missing. Thecondiments for my lukewarm potato were non-existent in spite of being clearly listed on the order. I called the restaurant andspoke with Kaylyn and she made it clear that it was nothing she could do about my order being so grossly inaccurate unless I waswilling to drive back to the restaurant. With the cost of gas and the sweltering heat, that was not an option for me. If therestaurant had been opened as advertised upon my arrival, I would have gladly checked my order at the counter to ensure itsaccuracy. Needless to say, I plan to have a conversation with corporate and my bank Monday morning. Furthermore, I will notpatronize this location ever again. Read more
Unlike the other one in East Montgomery, their food is always served fresh. Nice portions and nice workers! It's a nice fella... that works the window there. His tone never changes and he always sound so happy! Read more
Visited this location on Nov.30 requested 4 oz. Cupof tarter sauce for seafood trio. Was told by cashier, company did not... provide supplies for customer request( 4oz). Would be charged $.75 for extra cups of mini sauce. Read more
