Ordered lobster rolls, glad I taste a piece of the meat before I actually took a big bite because it was spoiled. Then I went... back to get a refund (the inside smelled like what my lobster tasted like, how could they work in that smell) I was given amade-up excuse that they won't be able to offer the refund because it bumps the order out after an hour. REALLY!!!! Well, jokeson them, I made it back within 40 mins, so what's the excuse now! All in all, I had to wait for the regional manager come in themorning to get my money back. Went by around 10am and had the greatest drive thru experience I?ve ever had at a captain D?s! The lady at the window wa s the... sweetest woman and took great care of us, even though we weren?t sure what we wanted! We hope she gets the recognition shedeserves on the daily, she was a burst of sunshine. Forgot to get her name, but she works morning shift on Wednesday! Read more
Each visit to this location was satisfactory but this time was not..the crunchy flavorful delicious fish is 4 ????..but the... sides..trash..mushy rice not flavor..Like microwave rice..fries were fries lol..I pulled out popeyes drive thru for CaptainD's..smh..I would recommend only for the fish and customer service. We were in Montgomery shopping and decided to pick up dinner to take home (which is 80 miles). We ordered two (2) four piece... fish dinners. When we got home and opened the boxes, both of our orders were completely wrong, not just the sides but, the fishas well. One order was some type of grilled fish, not sure what kind. The other order was ONE piece of fish and NO sides. And,the receipt had exactly what we ordered on it. I will check my orders from now on, which I usually do. Read more
