I used to love going to this location. But now. The service is somewhat failing. The last time I was there. I had 4 shakes and... no straws. The Tim before that, no condiments and I always order in the app ahead of time. I don't know if someone was intraining or what. My cookies were burnt and yogurt tasted sour. But overall. I love Chick-fil-A in general. The app has an excellent rewards system that is easy to use. This particular Chick-fil-A is on a... super busy street with tons of other options around. That keeps the line from being wrapped around the corner unlike many otherplaces. I love the fact that I actually have time to come here on lunch since the wait isn't crazy. Disappointing customer service experience with this Chick-fil-A staff, including the manager. We arrived in the line to order... at 8:59 and while we understood the restaurant closes at 9:00PM, staff was still outside taking other orders. When it was ourturn, the staff said they were closed. When we asked them, politely, to allow us to order we were asked to leave. Again, weunderstood your hours, but we were in the drive-in line before close and were still denied the ability to order. Verydisappointing experience and not to the standard of other Chick-fil-A experiences. Read more
Food is great of course! Drive thru service is not efficient. It's best to use app and go inside to pick up. One of the girls... who work in the morning is not friendly. No "My Pleasure". Since this location is in my daily route, I go at least 2 days aweek. Read more
The management was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this location again. And supposedly they pride... themselves on being a Christian establishment, I tell you what, the management at this place was enough to give them a bad name!Love chick fil a bit this one is awful.
