I love Chick-fil-a and have never written a bad review about them before now. The quality of service has worsened at this one. I... had to repeat my order twice and they still got the order wrong. The wait in the drivethru has doubled and the number of carshas lessened. The employees were "reluctantly kind". This was the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I waited 42 minutes from the time I got through the drive through... line until I got my food. The lady was rushing me, snatched my card handed the food and rushed me along. I asked her for a strawand she said with attitude ?It?s in the bag!?. I never received a straw. Being that I had been there 45 minutes at this point Ijust drove off in frustration. To be a place of excellent service this particular location needs some major work. Read more

This time I ordered through the app and went inside for pickup. Service took longer than usual but I can?t say that it was... because of the workers. While waiting everyone was working expeditiously and in sync with one another. Very nice young ladiesgetting the job done! I will be back Read more
The drive thru is always a delight. The young people working are friendly, Polite. I love the quickness of service. The food is... good. My favorite is the southwest salad with avocado lime dressing. Read more
