Sat at the bar. Was a little over 7 minutes before one of two people behind the bar even acknowledged I was there. Eventually... got my drink and my food order. I had to request my surface area to be wiped and ask for silverware after my meal arrived. Mealorder came reasonably quickly and was well prepared, although the bartender forgot to add the shrimp I requested. My ElPresidente Margarita was exceptionally good. Read more
Plastic in dessert, food tasted gross, and I only paid so that the waitress who was so sweet wouldn't be in trouble (should have... walked out as we didn't finish anything) spent $100 on food we didn't eat???????????? Read more

Rice was burnt and crunchy. Steak was more than rare and chewy. Not sure what?s up with their Coke machine, but the Coke and... Dr. Pepper tasted horrible. They tasted like all the different flavors mixed together. Then, we had a coupon and the servertold us we couldn?t use it, but her explanation as to why didn?t add up. So, to ensure she wasn?t mistaken, I asked to speak tothe manager so he could explain it to me. And, I know, it?s become such a thing when someone asks to speak to the manager, but,in the end, the server was wrong. The manager very gladly discounted our check. From that point forward, the server had anattitude. She didn?t even say thank you when she handed me my change. Chili?s in Montgomery, Al. has not, and will never,change. Read more
Waited forever to get our food. I think they were short of staff. Most of the food was pretty good, especially loved the mashed... potatoes! The steak was supposed to be medium well but looked more medium rare! Only real complaint. The waitress seemed alittle harried but she was friendly regardless. Read more
