Really awful. The order showed as out for delivery for over an hour (Store is 8 mins away). Eventually, the order showed as... delivered although it was not. I called the store to inquire, and was told there are no drivers to deliver it (why acceptdelivery orders). Then told they have 1 driver but their car broke down (no call to notify customers?). I just requested tocancel the order. Clearly should have checked the reviews, as people have been saying the same thing for over a year and I guessmgmt has no intention to change that. It took them 1hr and a haft to deliver and here what I get !!! Cold pizza ? not recommended this place !!!

This store is by far the worst Domino's I've ever worked with. After waiting an hour and a half for our pizza, I went to check... the pizza tracker and it was blank. I then went into my email to check the tracker (apparently it had to reload) and was thennotified my order was cancelled. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before I finally gave up. I understand there are workforceshortages but there has to be a better way...I'm never using this business again. Read more

After ordering online I received a call at 6 saying the pizza was on the way. After it hadn?t arrived after an hour I called the... store. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I could speak to someone. After talking to someone I was told they had to remakethe pizza and it would take 45 minutes. I asked to cancel my order and I am still waiting on a refund. I then called Marcos andhad a pizza in 25 minutes. A family member had the same experience with this location. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a delivery an hour ago. Tracker still says it's being prepped. Have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for... over 30 minutes. I just placed an order with Hungry Howie's. Hopefully I can get my money refunded from Domino's. What a joke. Read more

After several orders taking forever and giving additional opportunities to keep my business the final straw was a pickup order I... placed. The "tracker" said my pizza was ready. I parked and checked in. The timer said I earned a free pizza because it tooklonger than expected. Then a guy came out and said "You must one of the pickups. I haven't even started your pizza and there are7 people in front of you. I'm working alone so it's going to be a minute". I didn't understand but decided to wait a littlelonger, after an additional 40 minutes my pizza was ready. That was a total wait time of over an hour. Decided that after morethan one experience like this and several similar reviews that unless there is a major change this location doesn't deserve mybusiness. Read more

Although I got my money back, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I wanted to order some cinnamon bread twists as a dessert through... delivery. I placed the order around 8:20 pm and I consider myself a patient individual. I wait an hour and 20 minutes and decideto call them. Although the person who picked up was very nice and understanding he told me that they did not have any drivers tosend my food out. They attempted to call me, but I never received said call. Anyways he told me he refunded me and I thanked himfor it. HOWEVER, that does not excuse the fact that a dominos does not have drivers when they are open till 12 am. I canunderstand if the website notified that delivery was not an option before placing my order, but the fact that there was noindicator made me upset. Read more

Used the app to place an order at 6:44 Saturday evening from a house party. Socialized with friends for a while and saw two... missed calls a few minutes later at 6:53. No voicemails but I figured it had to be Domino?s so I called back. Waited for 10minutes and no one picked up. App said pizza was being delivered. Called back at 7:26 to see where food was. Finally got someoneon the phone. The gentleman said he tried calling twice to tell me there were no delivery drivers available. But he could?veleft a voicemail for that! Why did I have to try and call him back for that information? At this point we?re all hungry and nowthe guests are upset. So a few things here: 1. The app shouldn?t show my food is being delivered when it hasn?t even beenmade. 2. I shouldn?t have been able to order delivery if the location doesn?t offer it. 3. The employee should have left avoicemail with the information and not wasted my time trying to call back for it. So be careful using this location. Thecommunication is very poor. Call ahead of time to see if they can deliver. Don?t use the app. EDIT: Bumping up a star since themanager called me to explain the situation and obviously wants to make things right. I may give this location another try sinceit seems I caught them in a perfect storm of "things going wrong", and being a former restaurant worker myself, I cansympathize. My order was flagged for review since it was associated to an address that has been linked to multiple phonenumbers. This is a national Domino's corporate policy to keep tabs on potential sketchy orders. Domino's corporate alwaysexpects their franchisees to have delivery drivers, and never anticipates a scenario where a given store has no delivery driversshow up for work. So don't expect the app design to improve, and I can't fault this location for that.
