Certainly has the feel of a downtown barbecue spot. Took a little while to get the food even with going there as soon as they... opened at 11 AM. Celebrated Air Force commissioning with my daughter and we got her some real food for a change. I had the sausage plate with two... sides and our Second Lieutenant had the chicken sandwich. My first impression of this restaurant was that they were open earlierthan advertised. My second impression was the one that really made a difference. They staff was fantastic! They were friendly,polite, upbeat and really made us feel welcomed. I miss that. Read more
We stopped here for dinner after visiting the Legacy Museum. It was within walking distance of the museum. We got there and it... was very busy with a short wait. We were told twenty minutes but it was less than ten to get seated. The staff were all veryfriendly, prompt and attentive to us even with how busy they were. Our food was hot and delicious. The portions were quite bigfor the price. We will definitely be back if we visit Montgomery again. Read more
They get five stars for the ambiance, but zero for a hair we found in the macaroni and cheese. Unfortunately, everything you see... in the pictures arrived luke warm to cold. Not the authenticity we were looking for. The best part of the meal was Monica, ourserver. She was so apologetic and customer friendly it was the only thing that kept my rating this high. They did do the rightthing and credited me the whole bill which we insisted they do not do, and we made sure to get a bill for the dish we ate. Weweren't looking for a dinner credit for sure, but they did the right customer service thing. Still, the rating stands. Shouldnot have had the experience we did. Read more
Some of the best BBQ in town. Everything was phenomenal. I had the pulled pork, smoked sausage, and ribs. Plus sides of Cole... slaw and banana pudding. The banana pudding was OK, but not as good as I was hoping. Service was really great as well. Read more

This place has been highly recommend to me and when i was in Montgomery I decided to make a lunch stop here. And the food did... not disappoint. I got pulled pork, Mac and cheese, potato salad and coleslaw. It was all so so good ???? i got it to go and Iate at a nearby park they were not super busy but it did take about 20 minutes for my order and just as I was leaving a hugeSchool group went in glad I missed them lol I definitely recommend stopping at Dreamland BBQ it is worth it ???? Very solid 'que served in neat digs with a laid back friendly atmosphere. We ate at the bar and had fantastic service (I think... his name is Drew) did a fantastic job making all the patrons feel like it was their neighborhood food and gathering place. Thankyou. Read more
