I grew up on Hardee's and always loved their food, but haven't had it years until now. First, took a long time to receive our... food at the drive-thru and when my daughter got her food out... it wasn't hot at all, none of the items were except the fries!Then the fries are hot but taste old and were hard, as if they were sitting out for awhile and they refried them! I got theHardee's burger (kinda like a big mac sauce on it) DISGUSTING!!! The burger tasted like the sauce may had been old. Then, whereis that great charbroild angus beef taste? The meat actually looks like the meat you get out of those cheap beef patty boxes inthe frozen food section. Bottom line, it just sucked and I wasted $21.17. Read more
Me and my family were on a road trip from Florida and stopped here to use the restroom, my mom and nephew went first and then me... and the baby but when it was our turn to go in, the waitress locked the door and refused to let me and the baby in to use therestroom. She shooed us away, I tried to open the door again to make sure I wasn?t just opening it the wrong way and she walkedoff . Very upsetting :( Read more

We went in at an early lunch hour. There were 5 workers that I could see. Only one other customer and he had his food already.... The place was dirty, out of stock, drink machines out of order, lazy workers. We had to wait for one of the workers to set downher cell phone to take our order. One had such long nails that it couldn?t be sanitary or up to policy dress code. They weremore obsessed with who needed to clean the floor then taking our order. It looked like the manager that was there had zerocontrol. It was sloppy: the place, dress of employees etc?the food came out slow and they gave us a ranch that was busted andoozing with our jalapeño poppers I do NOT recommend this Hardee?s. Read more
