If you hire a liar, you may have hired a thief. On Wednesday 08/24/2022 approximately 10:45 AM I arrived at the drive thru to... order a Breakfast sandwich. I was told that they were serving lunch. I asked, what time do you stop serving breakfast? The younglady replied at 11:00 am. I then ask her what time is it now? She said that it was 11:00am. I look at my two of my watches andthey indicated 10:46am. I informed her of the time I had. She stated that the store clock was 11:00 am. Now I do understandthat there could be a misunderstanding in our communicating with each other, but the negative attitude is unacceptable. If thisstore manager decide to stop serving breakfast earlier than what was advertised, no problem but lying about the time is badbusiness. I decided to drive to another Jacks restaurant( store# 269) on the eastern boulevard. After a I arrive there, I askone of the employee, what time did they have, and she said,11:08 am. It took me approximately 20 minutes to get there. ThisJack's on 855 Taylor Rd Montgomery Al 36117. I waited three days before posting. I also tried calling several time to give averb complaint, but no one answered. I hope that there is better service in the future, at least for other customers. Read more
Filthiest, most disgusting fast food restaurant I've EVER been in bar none! Floors were so sticky and greasy the concrete... OUTSIDE the door was dirty from the filth being tracked outside from inside the dining area. The credit card machine wasdisgusting and covered in grease and dirty finger prints. The display on the cash register was so dirty you couldn't read thedisplay. The clear sneeze guard was opaque with smeared, dirty, finger prints. The soda machine area had some kind of bacterialgrowth surrounding it. And the tables all had soda/grease on them. Unbelievable! Read more
Food was really good, though my grilled chicken sandwich definitely tasted better than it looked. It was messy! The lady who... took our order was kind of Eeyore like, but the food came pretty quickly. There were dead gnats and other flying insects in thewindow seal, which I'm glad I didn't notice until after we were done. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous service! Paid for two combos and one is missing fries. So asked for my bag with just the sandwich,... thinking okay he'll just put fries in the bag. But was told they'll drop fresh fries and give me two boxes of fries. Ok waitover 5 minutes.Mind you the rest of my food is getting cold. Fries come to the car where the heck is my burger that you tookback? Wait another seven minutes and big jack has only ketchup and mayo. Where is the lettuce and tomato?
