Well it started out weird...i was accused of being rude and not to come back..but during my bafflelization..yes i had to make up... a word for these feelings i received from this weird experience..anywho i actually work next door to the place..so while outsidehaving a cigarette ...i was approached by my accuser and given a well deserved apology..and i was so at peace with her afterthat moment..i understood..and with that understanding i give them 5 stars..cause at the end of each workday we are all onlyhuman...thanks young lady at jersey mikes i appreciate your honesty..ill be back Read more
Went to Jersey Mike's for the first time looking for the best Philly Cheesesteak in town. The price for a regular size sandwich... is $9.25. I opted for the giant that was $15.95 and took it home. The portion of meat was slim, very slim. You open thesandwich, and I had a layer of meat and veggies just enough to cover the bread. Nothing stacked, nothing piled, just enoughmeat to cover the bread. The employees couldn't have been nicer. They were very nice, polite, and taking care of all of thecustomers. But I don't think I will go back because for almost $16 before tax I should have had enough for 2 meals. The valuejust isn't there to justify going back. Read more

Had ordered a few days ago, and my order was wrong. Once I received the sub at work I realized the mistake made in making the... order. Called and spoke with a wonderful lady on the phone who promised me I could come back in and they would.make it right!Came in today and sure enough they remembered me and my order, made it all over again and was the best sub I've had in a longtime.
