Our first visit to this location. We used the drive thru. We had to wait on part of the order and was told to wait around... getting for it. What was supposed to be 5 min turned to 10 min and we had to get back in line to get our order. Not happy at alland we had people waiting on us. Read more
Ordered the 12-piece meat, crispy . The cashier didn't tell me the price at the speaker. At the window she mumbled what... sounded like $20. I paid with a card. When I got home I saw that I had been charged $40, and had been given original insteadof crispy. And the large sides were not even full servings! So freaking POed!!!! Last time I EVER go there again. Could haveeaten at Olive Garden for that! Feel like I was willfully deceived. People must have been driving off when they hear how muchthey are being charged for 12 pieces of chicken.
