The folks at Krispy Kreme are always so friendly! We have been coming to this store for 29 years. Some of the staff have known... us for many of those years. We always have our break at the store. I enjoy the fresh warn donuts and my Husband loves variousfilled donuts all are so delicious!! He loves the great coffee and this is the only place I have Hot Chocolate because itreminds me of home. I love watching the donut making process as we have nothing like that in Great Britain. The staff are alwayswelcoming and we enjoy a chat with the staff who recognize us. How could anyone give Krispy Kreme less than 5 stars? They're freaking incredibly deliciously slam dunk no matter which one you... choose to enjoy. I've never had a bad Krispy Kreme doughnut. Read more
I am blown away by the outstanding customer service at the ATL HWY location. Every time I go, there is a lady named Tina there.... She is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure your experience is one of a kind- notsomething I am really used to finding anymore. She is extra nice to the kids I bring in and always finds any discounts she canfor us. I really appreciate her amazing help and personality! Read more
5 star taste, 1 star store at the Atlanta Hwy location. You aren't allowed inside, causing a tremendously long drive through... line, which is not open 24 hours as stated, and they shutdown and block off the drive through anywhere from 45 minutes to anhour and a half before their advertised closing hours from what I see almost daily. The doughnuts are good if you can deal withthe wait time mess. Read more
The Krispy Kreme in Montgomery is having an unbelievable deal on doughnuts. Two dozen for $15! One has to be original glazed... and the other can be assorted. Terrible and inconsistent. You get good service when one of the "good" people are working, otherwise forget it. Went on a Sunday... morning and the lobby was locked, even though it's supposed to be open at 6 am (it was 9 am). They have cinnamon roll donuts onSunday only, but today they hadn't made them "yet." Did I mention it's 9am and they've been open since 6? Be honest, you're notgoing to make them "ever." Went back at 2pm. Lobby STILL locked, still no cinnamon rolls. Ordered two iced mocha caramel lattesthrough the drive thru. Got two hot coffees poured over ice with a little sugar. Bitter and terrible. I could have made that athome. They really, really failed today. And their drive thru sucks. They never have the donuts on the menu. If you can't walkin, turn around and leave. Read more
Five stars for service, tidy and organized space, etc. One star for taste because I didn't like it and I will not eat it again.... I have tried Kripsy Kreme many times in other countries, and it was far better than these donuts in the US. On Saturday Nov 26 2022 at 2:45-3:00 pm I order a dozen glaze and a frozen coffee at the drive thru.... No happy holidays, no... good afternoon instead I heard "I can't make coffee right now" she should've said IM SORRY MA'AM WE DON'T HAVE COFFEE AVAILABLEAT THIS TIME. At the window I gave her a coupon and she grabbed it and close the window (no words) she came back, took my moneyand close the window. Came back gave me my donuts NO THANK YOU AND HAVE A GOOD DAY. I been a customer service manager for 30years and I will NEVER go to this place again. Customers should always feel appreciated and I felt disrespected. Read more
