Spent over 15 minutes in the drive-through. There were only 2 people ahead of me, so that amount of time is insane. I ordered 2... Chick's sandwiches and a grape ice-e. Finally, I got to the window and was told that their ice-e machine was frozen. Overall, itwas an unpleasant experience, and I will definitely go to another fast food place. Read more
Got my southern Krystal's fix. Burgers are tiny & Tasty sliders. Like Whitecastle but with mustard. Was interesting to see a... little locals interaction. Older lady completely ignored the good ol' boys that walked in in front of us until they walked out. We had no problem but my accent & attire screams Yankee. Idk. Whole crew was really nice to us, young lady even got usrefills. Just one of those cultral things u notice on vacation. Read more
I ordered cheese Krystals, Yes, for breakfast! Well, I had to wait, and wait, and wait, so I finally went back to ask if they... forgot me and the woman explained she's cooking to order and offered me a drink for the wait. This Krystals seems to be single handedly managed and served by one hard working lady. Ordering the 12 Krystal Sackful Combo is... about the same as ordering 6 individual ones. Both with cheese of course. Someone in corporate ought to reassess thissituation. Read more
We had awful Customer Service today at Chantilly location store in Deive through. We tried to order 40 original Crystal... sandwiches only. I tried to explain her what we want several time and my wife then also tried to help she said she did notunderstand us, we deove to the window then and tried to explain again that we just need plain 40 pieces sandwiches. She becamebeing so rude to us sayd we have Accent and why I am talking at all if my husband drives, I told her he tried to explain youseveral time you did not understand and then I helped, she said if I am not driving I al all should be silent and if I want toorder I need to drive. I was shocked. The. Some man appeared in the window again asked what we want, that girl handed us apacket and card back and slammed the window door, no receipt was given, no apology, no thank you or sorry. Just shut thewindow before our faces. We opened the packet it was 4. We had to stop on the lot and came in. I told them why we were given 4if we both explained many times 40. No receipt was given even to us. She never apologized. We tried to get her name but the Man(cook) did not give it to us either. This was worst customer service experience We ever has in any food restaurants evenMacDonald tean in the same location never ever told us any of those things or being so rude and unprofessional. I think suchbad customer oriented people should not be hired in any food service places at all. You have attitude to guests no matter theirraxe, religion or color - stay home! Disgusting quality of service! The girl at drive thru was very rude and unfriendly. At my remarks, she simply slammed the... window. I think that such behavior is unacceptable for the company's employees. This throws a dirty spot on the whole companydue to improper training of employees. This location is generally a coin flip. Sometimes my order is great and sometimes it disappoints. My last order was correct and... everything was good. I have noticed often if you ask for no onions the buns are not steamed and therefore they are dry andalmost stale. Lights were off inside when I went so I guess lobby is still closed. Read more
Food was fresh and hot.....I mean it's hard to beat a Krystal with cheese...... service was excellent. The only reason I won't... give them five stars is because of the fries. I don't care for their new style of fries. Go back to the old ones. Read more
