After sitting in line for almost 20 minutes (second from window) I placed my order and paid for my food at the drive thru! I was... then was asked to pull around and get back in line behind the 6 plus cars already in line to get my order! I walked in to no one at the counter. I saw employees in the back working and talking. So I walked back to the front door... multiple times to have the door dinner go off. Still no response so I started saying hello. To no response. Finally the managerwalks in asks if I've been helped... I responded with a no. So he had to walk back and tell his employees that they had acustomer.. I finally got my order and knew as soon as I bit into the pizza the dough was not fully cooked. Horrible customer service!! I pulled up to the drive-through window with my grandkids to pick up a pizza. The lady walked past... the window three times glanced at me and would not come to the window. I rang the ring doorbell twice still she did not come. Asecond lady then walked past the window looked at me and went the other way. I waited at the drive-through for six minutes andnobody came to assist me. First and last time visiting the store. July 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic time. Cashier was nice, didn't encourage any item I asked about just said it's ok, allow... customers in store with guidelines posted on front door. Service was fast, pizza was last precooked cheese pizza (8pm) unsurehow long it may have been in warmer. Personly didn't like butter garlic dip (avg size) which they chg for any dip except marinawhich is a bigger size container. PROS: Convenient location, offers call in & online orders, fast & easy service, $5?? ready togo cheese or pepperoni pizzas, good size pizza. VERY reasonably prices. Offer drive thru window pickup, in store order/pickup ordelivery (unsure if there's a chg for delivery) have designated warmer with it's on swipe & pay + code system I assume for callin orders.
