Second straight delivery I didn't get no pizza sauce!!!
I ordered here today and this is the salad I received. I didn?t notice it?s condition until I got home. Next time I know either... to check before I leave the store or don?t order the salad at all. Even without the option of a stuffed crust, Marcos is easily one of our favorite go to pizza places for our weekly pizza night.... They have a fantastic offering of specialty pizzas like the white cheesy and we change our order up often. The staff is alwaysvery friendly too, if you have the chance to enter the location. Occasionally the pizza can be a bit on the greasy side. Read more
I just had the worst experience in my life. I spent $40 on pizza and drinks for my family. The person that took the order had me... to repeat it three times. Also, it took 1 hour and 15 min to deliver. After receiving the order, they did not provide themarinara sauce, garlic sauce, Parmesan, and red crush pepper. The manager Michelle?s was very rude and unprofessional. Shedidn?t offer anything to assist but to bring the items back and the pizza will be cold. She stated I?m the general manager. I haven't had a Marco's pizza in forever so I placed an order for a large mushroom and pepperoni pizza with cheese sticks. ... When it got here, I started In on the cheese sticks which were yummy. When I opened the pizza box I noticed it wasn't what Iordered so I called the restaurant...manager put me on hold to call the driver. Another guy picked up and I explained what wasgoing on so he said he'd get a new order out to me. Very shortly another driver was at my door with my pizza and two orders ofcheese sticks. Pizza was cold...not sure how a pizza and cheese sticks were prepared and delivered a mile away in less than 15minutes. I'm glad the order was corrected but I'd much rather had a hot pizza. Read more
