Traveling back from the beach, I stopped to use the restroom (clean but should exchange hand dryer for paper towels!). I also... got a great sausage biscuit and a Frozen Coke that was actually FROZEN! These have become as elusive as McD?s ice cream shakesand cones (cuz the machines always seem to be down). Nice lil touch: At least part of the staff was in cowboy hats, etc. Turnsout, pretty much all of downtown was set up for the rodeo! ???? Read more

The customer service in Montgomery Alahillbillybama is the worst I?ve ever experienced as a whole! This McDonald?s in particular... was able to set themselves aside as the worst of them all. I have never been met with such unprofessional, lazy, thug lifeattitude at ANY restaurant around the United States, and I?ve eaten at hundreds of locations. I?m sorry your life led you to ajob you hate! I didn?t play a part in any aspect of your miserable existence. The fact that they could talk to paying customersthe way they did just baffles me as an American, a customer, and a Human being in general. Bravo McDonald?s way to stand outfrom the crowd when it comes to selecting the faces of your business. One of their worker's, Ben, is the most polite and friendly McDonald's worker's we've ever met. He helped us when our order... wasn't quite right. He got us squared away. Pleasantly surprised by this great customer service! Read more
Food temperature was good, food was good until I got to bottom of french fries and found a long curly hair in them, spoiled the... rest of my meal. Cashiers, cooks, need to wear hair nets at all times, this is disgusting Read more
If I could give it no stars I would. The cashier messed my order up three times, made me pay for a drink that should have come... with the combo, then no fries with it. My mother chicken sandwich was burnt and dry along with it being flooded with mayo. Mysandwich was barely on the bun and dry as well. Won't be back at this one for a while. Read more
I really don't like this McDonald's. It's the closest one to Downtown so a lot of people stop on their way to work or at lunch.... At breakfast you can almost bet on being asked to pull up to wait on your food at the drive thru. Then they serve 8 cars behindyou and completely forget you are there. I have had to get out of my car numerous times and go inside to get my food. I order abiscuit and two hashbrowns at breakfast and I'm asked to pull up? You are going to tell me that none of the 10 cars behind meyou served ahead of me got hashbrowns at breakfast? I'm not buying it. You gave my food to the cars behind me, and we both knowit. Lunch service is a lot better though. Read more
