Simple drive thru order but it was botched from the order itself. The cashier read the order back incorrectly and when we payed... for it and parked immediately in parking lot my daughter's cheeseburger meal was cold to the touch. The bread looked old andstale as crumbled as she lifted the bun to see if they had even put the additional sauce she ordered. Food service is trashtoday ???? people with little patience and bad attitudes combined with absolutely no work ethic. Read more
Good example of how you can put lipstick on a pig but it?s still a pig. This place has been remodeled so we thought it might be... nicer than it was before. Wrong! No soap in the bathroom. Out of some things. That being said, the ladies at the counter wereextremely nice. Read more
Very very clean restaurant inside, and out. I actually got greeted and was shown how to use the new kiosk so you can place your... own order. They were switching over from breakfast to lunch but it didn't effect my lunch order. I received my order in a verytimely manner and my order was correct, delicious, and hot. I left my purse here. We were on the way back from the beach so it took about an hour to realize it. I called over and over and... over. I reached out to McDonald?s corporate office. I sent emails wanting to verify the staff was able to get it and hold ontoit like the staff at Chick-fil-A would but no response - no answer nothing. Not one time did anyone reply. If you?re on thefence go across the street to Chick-fil-A. I lost a lot and I have two small children and just someone picking up the phonewould have been nice. Read more
I've placed an order on my phone..and it was showing something went wrong in their ends, told me to come inside.. I went... inside..waited at the register to explain.. There was a guy taking a break mext to the resister..and a lady asked me if itsmobile order..I told her 'yes' Then immediately she was saying 'I don't know why he came inside with mobile order instead ofusing drive thru'..probably thinking I didn't hear it.. So I told her..I came inside because an app told me come inside becauseit went wrong at thier ends.. As soon as I said that..a guy taking a break telling her..I'm being smart.. Never seem to be satisfied at this location. Order a Fish Filet sandwich. It came out overcooked, the crust was crunchy and it... had been coated with the Spicy Chicken breading - it was so spicy I noticed it immediately! What is up with this place.
