The delivery sucks and not because of the delivery driver but because of the people who prepares the food for delivery.They ... never put your extra sauces or no sauce in the bag. So ordering extra sauces is not recommended because all you do is pay forthem but you will never get them. And that is everytime I order delivery and you would think I learned my lesson by now. Tried new Poppa Bowls for first time. Ordered the Meat Lovers and Alfredo. Both were delicious. Will buy agaín.
I will start by saying I have ordered from this Carter Hill Rd location for years and today will absolutely be my last time I... will NEVER order again!! Placed my order and tracked it through the link sent in the confirmation email and it showed as"delivered" so I go out and check to see if maybe it was left at the door and checked my doorbell camera to see if maybe Imissed them. There was no sign of an attempted delivery or the pizza. So, I called the store and while on hold the driverarrives gets out of the car and went to his back seat and got the pizza that wasn't in any kind of carry out bag of any sortsoff the seat. I spoke with James who says he's the manager. I explained the situation, he says the order was delivered by doordash as they don't have drivers. I then asked if those drivers are required to have a carry out bag, he stated the driver saidhe did. So just so we are clear you allowed a driver who is not employed by you to handle deliveries and didn't check to makesure they met the requirements to do so?? I threw the pizza in the trash and asked for a refund. The pizza was all over theinside of the box and for some reason very soggy!?!?!? I don't use door dash for anything, and I would appreciate if the companyI am ordering from lets me know before placing my order. Read more
My experience with this location is average all around. If they keep raising prices and lowering quality they will lose a... frequenting customer. Raising prices with inflation I can understand but lowering quality isn't a way to keep regular customers. Read more
Terrible service. The manager at this location was rude and threatening towards me and my husband because we was not happy with... our order. At first she refused to issue a refund. When I tried to spoke, she told me to shut up and not to speak. Thenthreatened to personally remove me from HER store. Eventually she issue a refund and told me never to return to her store. I wasa loyal customer to this location. After this experience, I would never eat Papa John's pizza. Read more

It was ok. Definitely not the best I?ve had lately. After eating Bibb Street this seems bland.
They used Uber to deliver our pizza and it was left on a wet mat outside the door without notification it had been delivered.... Checking the ring camera and door bell he never used it, and the top was added to the order why? A text told us after 10minutes that it was outside so it had to go into the oven as shown. A call to the store was not helpful! Read more
