Nice people and excellent customer service. Lately they have been handling crowds really well.

Terrible place! Stopped for lunch...worst customer service I have ever had. The cash attendant clearly did not want to be... working and acted as if all the customers were bothering him. Food was precooked and cold. The chicken had a gray rubbery fakelook and texture. All baskets ordered were slopped together. The restaurant was also out of some of the sides. PUNY pieces of chicken with slow service and sneaky upsell practices. I ordered combo not platter for a reason. I don't feel... like paying for a larger cup to throw away. As refills are free I don't want to be sold a medium drink when combo comes withsmall. I won't be back. Read more
