I went through the drive thru window on 29 August and ordered a shrimp meal and a 3 piece chicken meal. I get home and started... eating the shrimp to find the batter was undercooked. I was saving the chicken dinner for later but went to add my biscuit so Icould eat it later. Evidently the employee preparing my food needs to learn how to count because there was only one piece ifchicken in the box not three. I called the phone number on the receipt but it straight to voice-mail. I wasted almost $19 onfood that wasn't enjoyable. Read more
This use to be the best place to come and get food from but now terrible!! Customer service bad.!!They never give you what you... order you order spicy chicken they give you Original and it don?t be fresh..! It don?t make since customers work hard for theirmoney and people don?t respect the fact you are helping them by coming to there place of business for service.
