We had THE BEST night out with family and friends at Ravello Ristorante to celebrate my wife's birthday! This was our second... time at Ravello, and it did NOT disappoint! The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, and the service are supreme- THE BEST inMontgomery! We sat at the Chef's Table, having an excellent view of the chefs and cooks doing their thing. That was cool to seehow efficiently they work to get the food prepared. You can really see the passion and dedication they have to their craft! Ourserver, Jordan, took fantastic care of us! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Assistant Manager and sommelier, Hannah,helped us with our wine selections. Executive Chef Eric came by the table to say hello and check on us, as well. Ravello was simply amazing. Everything I hoped for and so much more. Set in a beautifully restored space of a mid-century bank,... is a captivating Italian dining experience you?ll not forget. The Food: Incredible, flavorful, and reminiscent of my time inEurope. Fresh, and made to order?.every time. If something is ever wrong, they will make it right. The Service: Top-tier. Theyhire people who are dedicated to knowing the story, the menu, and the art of the food they wish to share. Sara was amazing,knowledgeable, and fun! So was everyone in the process. I was visiting Montgomery for work and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. First of all, the setting is gorgeous. It?s an... former bank, converted into southern charm! Second, I sat at the bar and the bartenders are not just fantastic mixologists, butprofessional foodies. Listen to their recs and you will not go wrong. Last, the service is amazing. Truly, a gem spot. Thefood is top notch, and all pastas are homemade. I had an appetizer, entree and dessert and left feeling filled yet not stuffed. A perfect balance - rightly Italian! Read more
Tough reservation to get, but, I love to snack at a nice bar, so EXCELLENT! I sat at the upstairs bar. The bartender was cordial... and knowledgeable. I had a pasta and seafood dish, which was fresh, and delicious. The pasta ( made in house), was special! Awonderful drizzle of a citrus sauce added a scintillating zest. Accompanying wine pairing worked well. Imagine my delight, whenI asked for a special bourbon, there was a nice bottle of Weller Antique. I spent a couple of enjoyable hours enjoying thebeautiful restoration of the building. Very pleasing. I heard that there may be a Rooftop Bar in the grand plan. I sure hope so! Read more
It?s everything you want it to be when it comes to fine dining in Montgomery! It?s a place to see and be seen y?all! Great... atmosphere, food, and service! The make their buratta and focaccia in house and all the ingredients are fresh. I believe it?s ina revitalized old bank building downtown and it?s a very big space. Read more
