A couple of years ago, this Starbucks was not good at all. The employees were rude and the drinks were pretty mediocre. I even... remember an employee lying every time I would try to order iced coffee and saying they were out because she didn?t feel likemaking my drink. I started going to the stand alone location down the road instead, but for the past year or so that locationhas really gone down and the drinks are watered down or made wrong every single time. I decided to give the Target Starbucksanother chance, and I am so glad I did. I don't normally write bad reviews but this place is bad. ???? I had to repeat my order 5 times, then she left part of it off... anyway so I just said forget it. Then the other girl called my name and put up a drink that wasn't mine, had a fuss with thegirl who took the order and then handed me that drink anyway. She insisted it was right so I took it, tasted it and brought itback and let her know it wasn't right. It was supposed to be a hot chocolate and it was distinctly coffee She was then snarkyand rude, before correcting my drink. I definitely won't be back. ???? Read more
The "barista" was not friendly AT ALL. The place was dirty, with the few tables there being sticky and gross. Our drinks were... pretty standard Starbucks items but were not as high quality as the location I usually go to. The items in the display case hadapparently been in there so long, they would get a blue ribbon at the science fair. Ol girl didn't take our names--just yelledout what we ordered as it became ready. I said "thank you" and she just spun around and walked away. I know it's stuck inTarget, but people still deserve good service--not a snotty attitude. Read more
Terrible. Every single time I go here my order tastes awful. Do NOT waste your time or money here. I ordered a Caramel... Frappuccino add mocha syrup with no whipped cream. Not a difficult order. I've seen it made so many times that I could probablydo it myself. As the "barista" was making my drink, she was talking to one of her off-the-clock coworkers and I had to yell outto her not to put the whipped cream on it, which is what I asked for anyway and she acted as if she had an attitude because shewas going to mess up MY drink. When she handed me the drink I thought the color was off but there were a million people thereand I was trying to get my family home so I left before tasting the drink (big mistake) when I finally did taste the drink, itwas disgusting. It had no sweet flavor. It taste like old coffee with a ton of milk and a hint of caramel syrup, probably justthe drizzle she hastily applied after almost putting the whip on top. To sum it up, this was my LAST experience from thisprevious weekend and I will not be going back to this location again nor the other Eastchase location. Both should be shut down.I do recommend the drive to either the location on Atlanta Highway or Eastern Blvd. I have never had any issue with either ofthem and the Atlanta highway Starbucks makes the absolute BEST drinks ROUTINELY.
