Subway east chase is going down hill. This is the second day in a row of bad customer service. WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS. Only one... guy works there. When I came yesterday it was 4:00pm and he said he is closing because the nightshift person didn?t show up.Today I just left (12:30pm) he stated he has 4 online orders backed up and he has to go to restroom. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, I ordered my food a certain way and they gave it to me the way they wanted to... make it. I took my sandwich back from the online order to get a refund in the store and as soon as I walked in and told thegirl my problem she got an attitude and asked me for my receipt, why would I come in without a receipt is the question that Iask her because it made no sense if I wanted a refund is common sense that I would have a receipt. I show her my receipt andthen she proceeds to tell me when I?m off the clock so somebody else would have to take care of you, why would you even addressme. If you?re not even on the clock that makes no sense. The experience I had at the subway today was terrible, are used to workat Subway so I know how the food is supposed to be made in which in my case in probably other peoples cases they don?t make thefood like they?re supposed to and then when you have an issue they give you attitude instead of trying to make the situationright. Employees that work for these restaurants feel to realize that the customer is always right that?s the way the sayinggoes, but anyway if I could I will give this restaurant zero stars but Zero stars isn?t allowed. I ordered 30 minutes prior to ordering, and when I arrived, they told me they "completely forgot" my order, which was literally... right next to them. I told them it was fine, in which their response was that they would have it ready in five minutes. I left,and came back 10 minutes later, and they had just started on it. Do not recommend. Read more
The food is always good. Some reviews are mentioning attitude and sometimes there is a slight one from the workers, but... thankfully I haven't had a bad experience. It's a typical subway. I rated three instead of four stars because the soda is ALWAYSbad, every flavor. Their ratio is terribly off and has been for months. However it's very nice that the gas station is rightthere. Just went to this location, at 2:30 on 11/3/19, first off I had to say something to get someone out front to help me, then she... had an attitude. And the attitude got worse when I asked for her to use a clean knife due to the fact that I have severe foodallergies ( I am allergic to all poultry and seafood) which I made sure that she was aware of and she just kept on with theattitude, so I left from the store. I have eaten at this location multiple times in the past and never had an experience likethis. Read more
1 worker at lunch time on a Sunday. Took over 30 minutes to order with only 4 people in line. Never again. My mistake.
