Staff hides in the back mostly, and you'll have to wait around for service. If you don't, then consider yourself lucky. They... asked me if I would wear a mask, and I said I didn't have one, but I'd use my shirt to cover my face, and they refused to serveme. A moment later a young Hispanic gentleman used his shirt to cover his face and they served him. The employees are AfricanAmerican. I am white. I'll leave the rest to you to discern. Read more
The girl behind making the sandwiches was clearly high or something as slow as she was moving. Look its 1230 lunch time. 1 woman... in front of me and i spent half of my lunch standing behind her. Like yo can we get better service here please. Read more
The people in front of me were Hispanic and couldn't speak much English and I tried to help them order since I speak a little... Spanish because the lady behind the counter was having a great deal of difficulty understanding them. Anyway she got aggravatedthat I was helping them order saying "well they shouldn't have come here if they can't speak the language". Her ignorance isdisgraceful and hopefully she will be educated some on ways to help rather than getting angry and completely ignoring hercustomer. And then I got the pleasure of listening to her complain about them and myself while I got to wait in line for theother part of the store. So wouldn't recommend this place at all. The management is no better than the workers cannot take volume pressure have an attitude when fixing your food do not listen to... the items that you want on your sandwich make it the way they want to ask complain to corporate before have tried to give themanother try will not buy any food there again they should shut it down or hire better people Read more
If you're looking for a laugh and a show then stop in cause this place is a joke. If you want good food I'd head to the next... Subway. Spoiled lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. What appeared to be month old meatballs, and customer service that can only bedescribed as inadequate. Stopped in for a healthy lunch ended up having a steak sub wrap they have a great selection of low fat chips and healthy options... they were training a new person while we were there so it was quite entertaining to watch. Read more
I called this place Friday evening no answer back to back , call the circle k gas station , was told subway had a phone to call... them , stated to them no answer , decided to go out to the subway because no one was answering it was 6:37 to be exact , theplace was closed . The website said they close at 9 , circle stated they left at 2 ???? so I try to come next morning and get aplatter . A small platter , Erica who was subway cashier was very unprofessional, ghetto , and not helpful saying platters hadto be 24 hour in advance , i state to her I had been calling there phone , circle k I even came by , still rude didn?t want tohelp me so I decided to get 7 foot longs and had to pay extra for everything , never again , then I ask her for Manager , shesays talk to circle k , circle k manager very rude says she has none to do with subway , this experience overall was just lordJesus .
