Opened at 9am. Waited after 9am. Door lock. Could see employees. Ignored.
I?m a grubhub driver, I had an order at this location on Day Street. I went to the drive thru and a young man came to the window... to help I proceeded to tell him I?m here for the grubhub order and I guess it was his manager a young Indian guy startedscreaming saying she need to come inside to get her food!! I told him I only drove to the drive thru because I was told oncebefore to come to the drive thru window he didn?t care he keep screaming come inside. I go inside and tell him he didn?t have tobe so rude and doing all the yelling was unnecessary. He still was being very rude and didn?t care. Went there on my break. I pulled up to the drive thru like I have every few days since Covid-19. I was waved off and was told I... had to come inside. I entered the building and staff wasn't friendly. I placed my order and left. Upon exiting I noticed peoplebeing waited on at the drive thru window. I was disgusted. I don't know what the cause was but I will say I'm a very dark blackwoman and the person who was getting serviced was Caucasian. Not trying to race bait but that was pretty interesting. Very unhappy with this place. Not very clean inside, building is old, ceiling was leaking, there were flies all over, worker... was unfriendly, the owner runs the register and acts like he doesn?t know how to use it. I?ve had enough of their shenanigansand will not be back. There are better, cleaner places down the road. Read more
Wasn't satisfied with my purchases, wrong preparedness..Too upset to talk or write about it. The drive thru attendant did repeat... my order to me, and was courteous. 2/7/2020 Received call from a manager at Subway, he apologized for my purchases. The owners are usually the workers. Not very friendly at all. The sandwiches doesn't have that much meat on them . The workers... they hired are more friendly then them. No deals like the other subways they set the own prices so there prices are subject tohow the wanna sell they sandwiches. Won't be back there if I see the owners on the line Read more
