I pulled into Carter Hill subway at 9:15pm on Friday, June 18th. The open light was still on. I was very relieved, because all I... wanted was to pick up a sandwich after work and to go home. When I walked up to the door, it was locked. So I knocked on thedoor. A gentlemen working that evening denied me service and said they were closed. However he kept the open sign on and thelights on because he knew they were still suppose to be open. I have a picture of the man behind the counter with the open lightstill on and sent a complaint to cooperate subway. Read more
This place needs a staff revamp,what kind of manager has to call another manager to reverse a online(app) order and the... employees outside smoking,telling customers they on break when my order should've been ready. After doing survey online,got aemail apologizing for what happen but tried to discuss the matter further through email and never got a response. Just a poorexcuse for lack of professionalism. Five stars because of what I saw in the parking lot... A homeless couple out front were beat boxing for money. They were... horrible. No teeth, bad breath and tweaking won't pay the bills in the music biz. I will say I've never seen flatulenceincorporated into a beat boxing set. I will admit that was pretty cool. They were really into it and you could tell theyactually thought they were good but in reality it was just a hot mess, literally. Read more
