We arrived around 8:55pm and there was no one at the counter. We heard noise in the back so I called out hello. I did this 4... times. We waited and waited. The employee finally came from the back and my husband asked her if they were still open. Shehuffed a little and said she was just about to shut down. This location use to have better customer service than what I received yesterday. Of course there was another employee there. It... took almost 5 mins for the employees to walk up to the front (but they were looking right at us). This should have been my firstclue to leave. All three were very unprofessional and the manager had no idea that there was a difference between deluxe anddouble meat. SMH. Read more

I've been here three times over the last month to provide dinner for me and my parents. The service has been exceptional and the... food was quality. I'm not a big grab and go diner thus I don't often eat at these sorts of restaurants. This one is located inside of a Mapco and... though it has tables I'm not keen on eating in a convenience store. I gave it a shot though because I use the gas station oftenand it always smells good. I grabbed a six inch tuna with cheese and lettuce and ate it in the car on my lunch break. Thesandwhich was good and I recall grabbing a breakfast flatbread here before as well that was good. Service was fine, would graband go again. Read more
This particular store located in Montgomery, Alabama located on the East side needs training in customer service. Their customer... service is terrible. The only reason I even visit this store is for the gas and its convenience. Some of the items on the menuweren't available; specifically, the bread. Hello? Everybody doesn't eat cheese bread. The employees didn't even offer anapology to me or the other customers. It was basically, oh well, take it or leave it. A total disappointment ????.
