My order was correct and food was average, but I was horribly disturbed by seeing employees with their pants below their behinds... and underwear showing. If I hadn?t placed a mobile order and already paid in the app, I would have walked out. Read more
Terrible customer service. Whoever is working the night shift at drive-thru was really rude and needs to have a chat with... supervisor- they deserve a 2nd chance that's what I personally believe in. Unprofessional. Been here 100+ times the past 10years but whoever was working this night has an attitude and was rude. Taco Bell supervisors and owner for this taco bell needto talk to the franchise about how to hire right people and make them memorize their mission statement. This location goes above and beyond. We ordered online and drove up immediately. Our fault we were HUNGRY. The young lady at... the drive through asked us to wait a couple minutes. So acknowledging we were early decided to wait parking lots for a couplemin. Not even 5 minutes later and while we were distracted on the phone, they brought out our food to us. Tips for this location. Learn the mobile app or kiosks because they aren't very responsive to customers on the front. The door... on the side is always locked despite fire code. They occasionally appear as unavailable on the app for some reason. Double checkorders. Read more
