After this place being in Montgomery for a while now, decided to give it a try. It took us about 10 minutes to be seated even... though no one was really there. Our waiter came and took our order but he was very soft spoken and hard to understand and seemeda bit new and couldn’t really answer some of the questions we had about the menu and other inquiries. I got a double steamedshrimp that was served with corn and potatoes. The shrimp were large and it was a lot of food. ( 1 lb. Of shrimp). Though someof the shrimp seemed a little over cooked, for the most part they were pretty good as well as the corn. I was too full to eatthe potatoes as we also partook in some fried calamari which were pretty tasty which filled me up even more. Other members of myparty seemed to enjoy theirs as well, one getting fried shrimp and oysters with onion rings. As you can see in this photo thatplate was large as well. Again the shrimp were large and pretty tasty. The oysters had a bit of an odd flavor. Almost like abrackish water aftertaste to them. I’ve had much better oysters elsewhere. The restaurant seemed clean but the very dimly litdining area gave it a bit of a dreary, unkept vibe. The prices were very expensive as our total bill for 3 including tip came toabout $105. Much more than I want to spend per person. As we came through the front entry area I noticed that the health ratingwas up and oh my it was an 80 rating. This concerned me greatly. We tried to take a look at it and the best we could make outwas that there was mold in one of the ice bins and there were fruit flies in the bar area. We didn’t get to see what else mayhave been wrong. For this alone, I will probably not be back and is the main reason for the two-star rating. In addition,that’s just too much out of my price range. First I want to say the food was absolutely amazing. We had crab legs & shrimp with juicy seasoning. Unfortunately there were... some concerns. Our waitress did not understand the menu and couldn’t correctly answer my questions. When I asked her aquestion she said “I can’t guarantee that” instead of saying “let me ask my manager.” I had to ask her to ask him,then just ended up having him come and answer the question himself. Also, the womens bathroom was horrific and I had to go tothe mens bathroom for soap. I came at 2pm on a Sunday when they were not remotely busy and a bunch of employees were there sosomeone could have cleaned that bathroom and no reason why so early in the day that there was no soap. We are in Prattville and decided to try The Juicy Seafood Restaurant. We ordered our food, an hr later we got half of our food,... and that was all. No lobster, corn, or potatoes. The waitress did not come back. We ate what food we got and flagged down themanager to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for the food that never came. She was very nice and offered us 10% off and we saidno thanks. The shrimp was great but the clam chowder was not. Eventually, the waitress came back, ran my card, and hovered overme to see if I was gonna give her a tip. My husband had already told me no tip. I have eaten at this Restaurant several times in the pass. The service was average. On the evening of June 22, 2022 , I had... the worst dining experience at this restaurant!! The waiter was inexperienced. His customer service skills were horrible!! The food was fair. Once we got our food, he never came back to the table to see if we needed anything else. The restaurantwas almost empty only two other people were dining in!!! This should have been an indication of the quality of service! It'sunfortunate that the people working that evening, took no pride in their work. At this rate of service, I can see thisrestaurant closing soon!!! Read more

The food is delicious. Seasoned and flavored to perfection. Fast customer service. Decent prices. Lovely ambiance. The music... choice is great feels like fun vibes. Beautiful drinks. If I am ever out this way again I will definitely be coming back.Literally the best lobster I have ever eaten. The reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because the way the manager dictatesand hovers over her staff was very uncomfortable to watch. It's like you could feel the energy of the staff shifting when it washappening. I felt bad for those girls but they kept a positive outlook and kept the customers satisfied. Great job ladies. The food had great taste and good portion, now for what I was so skeptical was what other reviewers were talking about, the... restrooms. They do need attention. In the women's there is only two stalls and for them to be dirty is not healthy. I had toflush one in order to use it, but here are some pictures. Read more
