Went in to eat after a ballgame, their hours say open 24 hours. Had four or five employees standing around talking, rude lady... behind the counter said,?I?m sorry to inform you but it?s take out only? why be open 24 hours if you aren?t going to serve yourcustomers? Ate lunch today. Spent 30.000. Came back at eight pm. Only get to go. Two employees. Didn?t get names. One was very rude. Would... not let me dine in. One had baby behind the counter. So I walk in at 11:45pm Saturday night. There is a sign on the door says now to go orders on Sat and Sunday. Another large sign... in the door saying same thing. I walk in to side down and eat. I was informed they where TO GO ONLY!!!!! And there where 3 onduty employees there and one other one that may have been off duty. Other than the security guard and staff I was the only onethere! THIS WAFFLE HOUSE #1430 was 10000% by far the BEST most delicious and satisfying waffle house experience my mom & I have ever... had, and we do love us some WH (even the more unpleasant ones). we went at 2am after our plane landed at MGM. Jessie was ourserver and also kept that store on LOCK! She was juggling multiple customers with multiple requests and making sure everyone wastaken care of. I didn?t get the girl cooking?s name but she made THE BEST WH we have ever had and they were the only 2 employeesthere. Jessie definitely has great management skills and knows how to balance out great customer service with making surepeople aren?t stepping out of bounds (there were some shady dudes lurking around but she shut them down and they were gone).Store was also super clean, not freezing cold, bathrooms were super clean.
