On 09/21/2022, at 6p I visited Waffle House 835 in Montgomery AL. I ordered my usual an All Star, double Hash browns with chili,... cheese, onions and tomatoes. Texas toast, and blueberry waffle well, with eggs scrambled well and add cheese. While waited Ireminded the waitress that she forgot my chili on my last visit, she remembered me and acknowledged that she did in fact forget,and thought was going to come back...I let her know I live on the other side of town and was already home when I realized it. Atthat point as I waited for my food, I asked her was she going to charge me for chilli, she said yes. I'm thinking OK, youcharged me on my last visit, forgot it, remember doing it and still going to charge me for chili on this order? Hmm, thecustomer paid last time for chili didn't get it, but I'm not going to do nothing about it. Read more
This Waffle House has went down hill. Never seen a Waffle House take your order thru the window. You gotta actually walk up to... the window. Bad business. Save your money and time and go somewhere that you can actually sit down and eat at. Read more
We were on our way back from FL to Memphis and had the best luck to pull up to THIS Waffle House. Ms. Tan and Big T made this... the BEST Waffle House experience ever. I wish we could give TEN stars. Food was good. Waffle house standard. Prepared quickly and exactly as ordered. But when we walked in we were told we had to... take our order to go. This was 830pm. Would have been nice to be able to sit down and eat my meal. Read more
Staff was friendly , courteous and professional food was on point and very delicious for the price $37.00 cannot beat it , my... wife and I were very satisfied, hats off to the chef for the fast service ???? when are y?all going to build a Waffle House inSAN ANTONIO TX ?? Read more
If I didn?t have to give a star, I wouldn?t. The food was over cooked, overly salty, and hard to digest, I couldn?t eat the melt... or the pork chop, they both had too much salt on them, I thank God that I don?t have hypertension, because if I did, I wouldhave definitely ended up in the hospital from a stroke from high blood pressure. The workers are exceedingly rude, and have noprofessional or customer service skills. I would never recommend this Awful house to anyone. Read more
The place was clean and the food was great. My waitress was also good however ...... The music was turned up way too loud and... half of the staff was yelling the lyrics loudly. Their was what appeared to be a 60 year old cashier who was over the top loudghetto and rude. When I asked her her to tone it down so that I can eat in peace.. . Waitress seemingly had an attitude. Don't ask here for anything or you'll get a look that'll make you regret it. She left to... "get some air" and came back more bitter. Food was ok for a Waffle House but her attitude makes me not want to go back. Read more
