I almost didn?t go here due to the bad reviews, so I had to leave a good review after a good experience. I went used the drive... thru. The only ?negative? was they said baked potatoes would be 30 mins. I ordered something else instead. I can live with that.My order was correct, service was fine & quick, food was hot?it seems to be a rarity to get all three these days (I don?t evenmind a lil wait). On a roadtrip, had to stop and use the restroom. Bathroom was bad, needed attention. Told employee who relayed it to who I... believe was a manager, who in reply said something like, that he knew, and, it was always bad. Many other "technicaldifficulties", as he put it. Read more

I kid you not this is the 3rd time IN A ROW I've gone through this wendys drive thru and haven't gotten my food. the 1st time I... placed a mobile order and was told they didn't have over half of the items I ordered so i had to cancel it, and the next twotimes I was in line with about 6 or 7 other cars and they told us they can't take any of our orders!! Once because of a "shiftchange" (I wasn't aware Wendy's had to shut down entirely to change shifts?) and the other because their system was down. I'veworked fast food before and I know that things happen out of your control and I get that! However, I've been there 4 times sincemoving to Montgomery, and only getting food once is not a great track record. Maybe I'm just unlucky? ???????I'm not trying toblame the employees here (though every time i get turned away i see multiple employees just standing outside for some reason).In most of these cases it seems more like bad management or understaffing. I was in line, on a normal Thursday at around 3pm, it took almost an hour to get to the order box. I finally left. It was... stupid. I left shortly after the manager and a worker took a smoke break. Ridiculous! This happens at this Wendy's all the time! Read more
2 stars may be generous. Dirty and no stocked plastic ware. The Freestyle soda machine had maybe 6 selections out of at least... 30 selections. And the machine was so dirty and hadn?t been washed down in forever that you didn?t even want to touch it forthe limited selection. Gross. Drive thru was way backed up, so we went inside. Read more
Almost every time I go the workers are standing outside, lines are long and not moving. I always have to jump out of line... because the line DOESN?T MOVE. They were out of sweet and sour sauce for about 2 weeks, every time I tried they never had any. Itried to go today and they said they had no boxes for the fries. Really?? This is a fast food restaurant, how do you not haveboxes. They also didn?t have the strawberry frosty and proceeded to say they don?t know when they?re getting them in. Smh, somebs. Waiting at drive through with no one there to take order. They say they'll be right with me but... 2 people ahead of me left... drive through because no one took their order. Had to go inside just to get food. If you're not willing to have people workdrive through, just close it. Read more
