One of the worst experiences I've ever had at this Bona beef. Literally waited 15 minutes to get my order in the Drive-Thru for... five sandwiches. Food was good but service was terrible! With the two kids meals we were charged extra for two drinks and didn?t get fries with... either meal. Second time with bad service and no refund of the extra charge. Manager was to busy to even talk to us. Read more
Cobb salad was excellent! However... My favorite sandwich here... The "chicken pomodoro," on the other hand has been completely... ruined. Quit cutting corners and make it the way it use to come. It came on soft dry crusty Italian bread... Keep that breadfor the beef, sausage, etc.. Bring back the multi grain that went so well with this sandwich. The interior of the sandwich waslackluster as well, balsamic used to be better, mozz was minimal compared to before. It's not new and improved...
