Wowzers, I should've read the reviews before coming to this place!! The plump female with the glasses, gold chains and monster... jacket at the window was extremely rude. Food took forever to get and there were only 2 people in line other than me, I wasafraid to even eat the food, who knows what they got going on in that kitchen. Read more
Employees are extremely rude. They don't care one bit about anything in regard to customer service. They forget items and get... orders wrong. We went at 840 at night when they close at 10. They refused to make any additional food. No fries and no chickenbesides bones. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I have never heard of a fast food restaurant that can only make 1 typeof chicken and no fries? This seems incredibly bizarre. I wonder if any one manages or owns this restaurant? Wonder if theycare this location has gone completely down hill and ruined one of my favorite places to eat. I can tell you for sure that thedrive through employee is the rudest person ever. Weird for a customer service position. I will never return. Don't bothercalling though. It will take hours of your time for you to get a person to answer the phone. Just can not get it right. I'm done. Not going back. I thought I'd give them another chance since I do love KFC chicken. Over an... hour before closing and they are "out of chicken"!!! I had a terrible experience here. The staff was rude and unfamiliar with their own menu. I inquired about a menu item I saw... online, was told I could order it, and then was told the item didn't exist after I inquired as to why my order was incorrect.While all of that was fine, the employee had a terrible attitude for no reason. I ended up canceling my order but was chargedanyway. While I was able to dispute the charge with my bank, I shouldn't have had to. I get that good employees are scarce atthis time but having experiences like this only drives customers away. Read more
