This was the first time ordering from Pizza Hut online delivery,I was not only disappointed but also disgusted at how my order... and all over experience was horrible,I ordered the big box which comes with two pizzas and wings and breadsticks,the pizza?s hadno cheese just a lot of red sauce and the breadsticks was just a slab of unseasoned bread it wasn?t even cut into sticks????boneless wings were over cooked like rocks not edible the only good thing out of this whole order was my 2 liter Pepsi ????so I proceeded to call restaurant and was told I could bring back food and I would get refunded,so I get there and the employeetold me I would only get a portion of my review money back not whole amount I don?t understand how they do business here but Iwork in retail and a hospitality field and I have never denied any customer a full refund if they were unsatisfied how they havethe audacity to tell me they would only give me a portion is beyond me I would never ever order here again and I was suggestthat any decent human being would not return because their service was just disgusting and when I asked employee for a corporatenumber he just kept fidgeting back-and-forth as to ignore what I was asking for overall experience here was awful don?t plan tocome here anytime soon but for people looking for great pizza I would not suggest this place because you will be disappointed Ohand as to that one star you don?t even deserve that one star it just wouldn?t let me post my review Read more

Very, very, VERY DISAPPOINTED! My brother called this order in for curbside pickup while I was out, so, that I can pick it up. I... pulled in and called my brother to see if it was ready, and to let them know I was in front. He said it was ready and theyshould be out with our food. Over ten minutes passed and no one came out of the store to the car. I walked in just to see 2employees sitting in the doorway to the back on their phones. One jumped up as I walk in, but the other continued to sit whileon her phone. She went behind the counter, welcomed me, and asked how she could help. I explained that my brother called to letthem know we were there, and that we had been sitting outside looking through the window this whole time. The other employeethen made herself busy. No apology or anything from the staff. She just asked the name of the order. Still no, "I'm sorry,"...or nothing. We ordered 3 pizzas and 1, of the 3, wasn't even cut. Why am I going into the store when we requested curbside? Whyare your phones in your hand while you sit instead of paying attention to customers? Why is my other pizza not cut?Unsatisfactory! Always a fan of buying 18pc wings and only receiving 12pc. I guess that?s one way to make money in the short term, just short... your customers and over charge them. Won?t waste my time or money here again Read more

Unprofessional, they would not deliver my food after I paid for delivery, they wanted me to come get it and then would not give... me proof of the cancelation of the order I had to go to the restaurant to get the a photo of the canceled receipt on my phone. Read more

Pizza was made wrong with zero sauce when asked for light sauce. The crust was paper thin and soggy greasy and wet. see photos.... The slice we tried got us sick as you can see in the photo. Called immedietly for a refund was told I would have to call backthe following day to speak to "the manager" for a refund. That all she was trained to do is make pizzas wrong and give storecredit... So called back next day and the manager did not care. He was extremely ignorant with zero customer service skills.Currently taking care of this manager and the stores incompetence another way. Pizza isn?t too bad but the overall concern is the staff. Called back after I was told delivery would be 30 mins and it had been... a little over that. I had received a text from door dash , which I didn?t know was how it was being delivered, so to confirm Icalled. The guy who answered the phone was rude and told me to ?get with the times? . I understand staffing issues , however asa company there are expectations that the company should still be held to. If I were to have been told an hour and it was comingthird party, I not only would have picked up and not been upset. I?ll admit I was rude back to the guy on the phone but hewasn?t listening to my concern and just kept on with saying things like, oh if you know anyone who wants to work.. veryunprofessional Read more

Well the bread is never cut. The pizza is not cut all the way through. It was cold because no heat bags and the delivery person... had four people in his car and two people who delivered to our home. The red sauce looked and tasted like water this time too.All around this experience was not good. Read more

"Restaurant" was FILTHY and I felt gross just walking in the door. Everything seemed to be coated in a layer of grease and... grime. Floors were sticky. Door handles were absolutely disgusting. The employee was really wonderful (an African Americanwoman, if that helps... sorry, I did not catch her name) and I had zero complaints about the service level there. However, thepizza was undercooked and somehow burnt at the same time. The dough was soggy in the middle and the crust was, as my four yearold called it, extra toasty. The Mushrooms were super dehydrated and the cheese pizza (that we had to pay extra for justcheese) was anemic, at best. The wings had almost no sauce on them. Overall it was a terrible product. I keep going backthinking that it will be better but somehow even my lowered expectations are never met. I used to love Pizza Hut, and I have alot of fond memories from childhood, but the reality is extremely disappointing. Read more
