The establishment is nice and accommodating service for me is overall experience including food.. typical overpriced meal for... what you get as everywhere else as far as fast food goes.. this time today I received bun with mold on it.. definitely was upsetbut to too far to go back to have it rectified .. As a doordasher this Sonic location is 1/2 locations I will never accept an order from again. Changed my rating because of one young man named Alex. Very attentive during order, order came fast and he apologized for taking... so long. Well spoken. Typically don't like going here because I have to repeat order several times as employees are not engaged.Also Typically takes twice as long for food and then you have to ask for napkins ask for ketchup. Very slow. Very rude female manager. Everyone there looks like they hate their job. Food wasn?t fresh and didn?t even taste real... , also was cold. Very disappointed I spent a good amount of money and when calling to see if they?d resolve the issue , I getattitude and no offer to have food refunded. Don?t even waste your money or time. Relatively quick drive thru. Cheese dip for the pretzel was a little plasticy.

Service sucked. Took them 30 mins to take my order. While they were taking my order they were laughing about something. Been... waiting for a good almost hour for the food to come out which should not take this long when me and my friend are the onlypeople here. I do not recommend or will not be coming back to this sonic location again. I was gonna ask for my money back butmy friend stopped me. It should not take this long to bring food out. I have worked in the food industry before and never tookthis long to do these tasks. I can also see that from the window they are just talking in there and not even making the food.They also close at 11pm and been waiting. I am very disappointed in the establishment here.
