The new sandwiches are better then ever!
There was this employee Matt there that started making fun of Autistic kids, degraded employees in front of customers, he messed... up my sandwich somehow. It was literally just a BLT. I?ve complained to the company but for some reason he?s always there when Igo in. Definitely not a friendly environment, and I recommend you just drive to new Prague because I?ve also seen him at thelonsdale location. If I could give zero stars I would. I used to work at this Subway and due to unfortunate events needed to quit. I do have a better job now, but anyway, I went... through the drive thru and ordered my sandwhich, not a difficult one to make either.. And whether the staff likes me or notdoesn't mean I should recieve a sandwhich that is incorrect nor should it be sloppy and a mess when I open the wrapping.Harrison who handed me my sandwhich waa very nice and smiled, but it is just a shame that I am now basically eating my sandwhichas if I ordered a salad.. Sandwhiches ordered through the drive thru should be made just as well as if the customer was watchingyou make it! Read more
Every time we order from this Subway (through the app) something is always wrong with the order. Finally after a 4th order wrong... and a generic "we are sorry" email, I've decided to write a review. The first few times it has been small things like the subnot being toasted, which is more annoying than anything. The most recent time, we ordered 3 subs. One on italian herb and cheeseand two on wheat bread. When we got home with our order, the 2 wheat bread subs were actually made on flat bread. I doublechecked my order just to make sure I didn't order it wrong and I did not. At that point, it would be more of a hassle to driveback to the store to deal with it, so we just tossed it. The staff is always super friendly, but I don't know what thedisconnect is with getting the order correct. We will most likely be going to the one in New Prague in the future just to avoidthe hassle of this one. Read more
Every time I order thru the drive thru I never get the sub I ordered. Half of the things are not even on it. As far as the pizza... side goes they need more training as every time I get a personal pizza there is so much topped on it that the cheese does notmelt all the way. Read more
Good clean restaurant. They still have Creamy Sriracha Sauce! We usually order from the regular Subway menu and get some pasta... and breadsticks from Mama DeLuca's Pizza. Purchases from both restaurants can go towards your subway rewards. Read more
We have eaten at dozens of Subway's through the years in MN and when traveling in other states. Montgomery's Subway is, hands... down, the best food and service we've had in any other location. Their bread is soft and poofy, the ingredients are alwaysfresh, and the service is great. We've never had a bad or even just an "OK" meal there. We highly recommend this Subway! Youwon't be disappointed. Read more
On time and well made. I ordered online and they were ready when I got there to pick them up. They were all made to order... specifications and the ingredients seemed fresh. Employee I briefly spoke to was helpful and polite. Prices are higher than Iremember but it was a nice treat for my family. Read more
