Came for a wine flight, cheese charcuterie and some apps. We sat down right away in dining area near the working fire place,... which had a nice ambiance. Everything came out quickly. Our server was great. Food was delicious. On charcuterie boards there'susually a cheese or other hourdouve I don't like, but not on this one. It's put together with thought. Bathrooms clean. Plentyof parking. Would reccomend. Read more

Just had brunch there with a few friends and I was very happy with everything. We took a quick walk through the rest of the... building and was fascinated by the history. So much still remains of the old yarn mill. Read more

Perfect place to enjoy your evening, or even hold an event. Upon entering the building you see a beautiful bar, and dining area.... To the left of the bar there is private rooms to host an event. Service was amazing, especially our server for the night Naomi. She made sure everyone in our party was taken wry good care of. She had no issue handling, all the questions we had regardingthe menu. I encourage everyone to come here. Blackberry old fashion- A wonderful tasting cocktail with the taste of mildblueberries Kung pao cauliflower- you would not know your eating cauliflower. The sweet (not overly sweet) sauce that is usedin this dish. Actually have you believing, your really eating a Asian dish. There is a hint of peanut flavor, but it’s verysubtle. We ended up ordering two orders. Korean pork belly- amazing.. Our order had a nice sweet char and the meat wastender Tuna ceviche- If you are someone that doesn’t eat tuna at restaurants. Because 9 out of 10’x, it’s served raw. Doyourself a favor and try this dish. The flavors are refreshing and sooo clean to the taste. Brussel sprouts- made just right.Good mixture of crispy Brussel sprouts, top with a maple (light) sauce and feta Parmesan truffle fries- was ok.. better iffries were a little more crispy Chicken sandwich- was good.. I would’ve like it more, if they added more aioli sauce. Plus, Iforgot to add cheese ($1 up charge). So because of these two things, the sandwich ended up being a little dry. Risotto-mushroom and goat cheese balls. Was my least favorite. I wasn’t a fan of the flavor and the texture. It just tasted like thickrice. Old city hummus- a must get.. loved the soft pita and the flavor of the hummus Read more

Overall, the staff is very helpful andaccommodating. We will be returning. Read more

I went for a special event. Lots of artisan vendors selling their products. Sitting on the banks of the Wallkill River it's a... beautiful venue. Large restaurant on site & many wines to sample. Reason for 4 stars, I thought $14 was a bit steep just towalk in the door for this particular event. Read more

It was our first time here. The space is amazing. I was very happy with the rhubarb old fashioned and pasta. I see what other... reviews are saying about the service being a bit slow but everyone was friendly and we were in no hurry. Read more

Could have been a decent lunch, but the service left much to desire. It took them 20 minutes to bring our drinks, only to be... told that they were not sure if they were diet or regular sodas. We had to wait around 40 minutes for a couple of burgers andchicken sandwiches. We asked for mayonnaise and it was brought towards the end of our meal. Server was friendly, but completelylost. Quality of food is ok. Place is cute, just come prepared knowing that you will not be getting good service. Read more

We had dinner here in July for our anniversary and it was fabulous. My husband had the short ribs and I had the scallops. The... scallops were seared to perfection. I enjoyed a margarita while my husband had a flight of whites. We had to take our peachcobbler with us because we were stuffed. We came again for Brunch and the food was beyond amazing. I had a Bloody Mary withcharcuterie which was delicious. My husband ordered the CW breakfast and I had the short rib hash. We shared the mushroom andgoat cheese risotto balls.. Once again the food was perfect and we left stuffed! The coffee is great and piping hot. We cannotrecommend City Winery strongly enough! Totally in love with this eatery. And the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and veryprofessional. A hundred stars ???? Read more
