2nd time I've ordered a bagel with cream cheese and added bacon and never got the bacon. I was charged for it. Miserable... employees should just stay home from work or get a different job. Read more

Can't post without giving it a star, but I wanted to give them NO stars...inside experience: customer must ask for receipt so... you know what your number is when it's called out at pick up. While waiting in pick up line, there are several crew members appearing to have the time of their lives behind counter. If your need for coffee is great, try the nearby Burger King. Read more

Staff is miserable and always screws up the order. Even if you order donuts for example a Boston cream though you say they... don't got it but they do. If you can't make a coffee right I don't know where you should work. But the sheep want theirDunkin' donuts. They will take it wrong or right. Read more

Coffee tastes like literal dirt mixed with ALOT of water. Donuts/munchkins are sometimes hard. They need to retrain everyone... there. Managers also. Or lower their prices because it's definitely not worth half the price they charge for anything there. Read more

The girl st the drive through was very rude no good morning, didn't say one word through the whole transaction. Took my card... ,handed back,gave me my order.i said good morning, thankyou. She said nothing. Terrible customer service. She should not beallowed to work the window or deal with customers!! On the food side, tried the new omelette bites, bacon cheddar. I have been to this DD probably more than any other DD over the years. Before Covid, I always went inside for my order. The... drive through window line was normally long and sometimes blocked the parking area, and entrance/exit.. As such I found it mucheasier and quicker to use the in store option. I liked it better anyway since it allowed for the interaction with the employeesrather than the much colder person at the window trying to get you out of the way for the next car. I found that the staff wasmostly friendly and courteous. Mistakes did happen, but they normally corrected them quickly.But it was a pleasant experience toorder inside. Then they went to drive through only. The normally long lines now made it hard to even get in and out of this DD.A lot of times cars blocked the road altogether. So I didn't stop in as much anymore. I found the experience to be more of arobotic assembly line approach . I think they might have opened the in store option again, but I'm not sure. I have now beenprogramed to only drive though when the line allows. I guess too many times parking only to find the door locked and not gettingcoffee because of the drive through line has soured me a little on this DD. Read more
