I went through the drive through and ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and explicitly said just burger and cheese. One burger came... out right but the other one was pickles, onions, kethcup and bread. The receipt shows two different orders but like...I?m 99%sure no one wants to order a pickle, onion and ketchup sandwich at McDonalds.
