This is the worst CHICK-FIL- A. You can never get anything that you request. And when you do order the order is wrong. I ask... for well done waffle fries and I am told "sorry we are understaffed" so I try a different time. Are you opposed to an extra 10sec of fry time or is the restaurant crew that lazy? I order chicken tortilla soup, the casher says "yes we have it" and Iget noodle soup.. I don't think this is Tortilla soup? Why is this the only Chick FIL A that doesn't have to comply withcompany standards. Read more
Ordered two meals (1-12 count nugget meal & 1-spicy chick fil a sandwich meal) via the app to pick up through the drive thru... line, I guess that was my first mistake. I ordered extra lettuce (no tomato) so yes it ends up being a swap, but frankly if thisis what I'm getting as far as extra lettuce, it's pathetic. As you can also see my note requests extra sauce, we got one ranchand one Chick-fil-A sauce. Not sure about you, but one sauce doesn't cut it for 12 nuggets plus waffle fries-ya need like threesauces. Needless to say, I not only had to move up to the forward pickup area in front of the drive thru window and wait about6-8 cars going around me who got their meals before I did, but then had to get out of my vehicle to walk to the window torequest more sauces...I feel had the request just been honored, it would have been fine, but it literally was "the icing on thecake" for this situation. I review a LOT of restaurants and other places on Google so I don't take these lightly, however thisbeing a Chick-fil-A it tends to be held at a higher standard than the average fast food joint. If you want a tarte lemonade and spoiled kale salad then THIS CFA is your place! I called the store to let them know they were... given sour tasting lemonade, instead of offering another bev choice- the manage said thanks & hung up. The pic below is of abrown kale salad.
