Ordered 6 tacos to split with my husband and we both were surprised at how dry and bland they were. Once we got home I opened... one of the tacos and there was ZERO hot sauce or cheese in the taco? No wonder they were so gross, dry, and bland. What a wasteof freaking money. Awful experience we will never be eating here again. The drive thru employees were not very friendly & I found a STAPLE in my chicken teriyaki bowl.
Do not go here. The wait times are atrocious, the staff is rude, and they'll screw up your order every time. We went in because... my VERY pregnant wife wanted a Oreo Shake and some Loaded Tiny Tacos. This was about 12:30 at night that we arrived, butpregnancy cravings, ya know? Anyway, we were the only car in line. Wait was 25 mins. Woman working the drive thru was extremelyrude and cutting me off as I tried to order. I get it, I'm that guy at the last minute, but still. Apparently the shake machinewas down. Now seeing as it was close to closing time I figured it was down for cleaning - no biggie, the wife is heartbroken buthey, at least she has her tacos. Well, we get home, and this is what her "Loaded" tiny tacos looked like. I get mistakes, butthere is NO EXCUSE for the rude, horrible service we got. So, don't go here. The two people that worked this last Friday night/Saturday morning deserve a raise and recognition. They handled the whole drive... through by themselves with a positive attitude. They apologized for the long wait, and I apologized to them for being left inthat situation. The restaurant should have been closed instead of operating with free staff members. It was terrible!! My first time trying jack in the box & my experience was awful. I asked them for cheese sauce for my tacos &... that?s the photo I posted ( the rest of the cheese is in the brown bag they just threw it in ) on top of that I had to pay forfood that I did not enjoy & did not receive. I told them NO mustard & it?s almost like I got EXTRA mustard of my burger & Ididn?t receive my churros. After telling them I didn?t receive my churros he literally was hiding on the side of the windowwaiting for us to leave like we didn?t just tell them we didn?t get what we asked for after showing them the receipt. Iwouldn?t even want to ask for my money back because it?s not worth listening to his disgusting attitude. Who ever was handlingmy order clearly shouldn?t have a job at ALL. Read more
So disappointing!! We sat in line for about 20 minutes and my son ordered 8 tacos and some curly fries. We got home with 4 tacos... and curly fries. Now nobody will answer the phone. The order was not that hard! Read more
Convenient location; easy in, easy out. Clean environment Fresh food. Efficient and hard working employees. Never had to chase... one down or ask for help. Ready and willing to work (I love that integrity ?) Keep up the good work! Read more
May I present the large fry from this location amazingly short on fries and full of pieces so small they aren't "fries."
